Small Lump beside temple...

I have a pea sized lump that arrived today on the right side of my head beside the right corner of my temple. I'm scarred this may be something serious because i had a viral bacteria infection that i could not cure because of the cost of the medication. Would this play a part in the lump? Do you assume a tumor? I've lost 4 children; one of my fallopian tubes are missing; i've had my appendix removed at age 17..(now 24); heavy smoker; light drinker; active; low iron; allergic to bees...

Do you think this is an emergency situation?
