Why do i have dark purple marks around my hips?

My dog started having difficulty raising from lying down. His hips would shiver. It has worsened and his mobility is decreased by 75%.

Please how do i treat the stretch marks on my body especially the ones on my upper arm.please help me,cos i cant even put on my breathtaking sleevless tops,especially my yellow sleevless signed by D&G.
