Calves back of thighs and hips hurt ? You may not have an injury that you can remember and maybe can not see but this sounds like you have some slipped disc in the lower back to cause this to happen and this condtion happens to many people and the hips upper legs and lower legs will hurt all the time and cause pain that really makes it hard to rest and you need to see a doctor to have X RAYS done to see where this is coming from and there is a chance that the sciatic nerve has been touched someway by the way you sleep or set and this can cause bad pain also and it takes a bit for this to heal up and become better over time . and apply heat to the lower back and the top of thew hips right now and then do some set ups if you can and bend over and touch the toes after heating up the lower back . and see a doctor!
