Does Anyone Know How To Help Shin Splits And Avoid Them In The Future?

I Started Having Them When I Played Volleyball In Highschool. I Like To Run Everyday But My Shins Are Killing Me! Any Advice?

Wear Support Around Your Shins When Exercising Then Be Sure To Put Ice On The Area For 5 To 10 Minutes Afterwards. This Will Help With Inflammation. Be Sure To Warm Up And Stretch Muscles Before Physical Activity And To Stretch And Cool Down After Activity.

Arch Supports. New Shoes That Fit Your Feet Properly. Stretching. And Ice If It Is Bothering You Badly.

all Of These Help Because Shin Splints Are Your Body's Way Of Telling You That You Are Out Of Alignment And Everything I Listed Above Will Help Put Your Body In Alignment. If You Are Balking At The Cost Of $50 Arch Supports Or $120 Price Tag On Shoes, Your Body Is Worth It.
