I get 400mcg of Folic acid in my multiple vitamin pill. My doctor also gave me a prescription for lmg of folic acid. How much is needed daily? what is the difference between Mcg and Mg
I am currently taking Zoloft (100mg) and Adipex 37.5 every morning. I am wanting to start taking Folic acid 2 (400mcg) in morning and 2(400mcg) at night. Is it ok to mix the Folic acid with my current Meds?
