NO PILL. Seriously. EVERY SINGLE WEIGHT LOSS "MIRACLE PILL" has some sort of stimulant in it, whether ephedra, caffeine, chromium picolinate,or worse, diuretics (fluid pills). Some even have strong laxatives as well.
Many stimulant-type pills have been known to cause serious effects on your heart, liver, and kidneys.
The bottom line on weight loss is simple MATH: Burn more calories than you eat! Easier said than done, but realistically, find something to do that burns some calories (walking, racketball, swimming), and control your portions. People spend BILLIONS a year on gimmicks, but it really is just that easy...
Surgical weight loss is another animal altogether, and can have serious risks and side-effects, so do yourself a favor and get rid of your TV and invest in a really good pair of sneakers (or a trampoline!)
