Dullish pain in heart for a week now.

I have had a dull pain in my heart area for about a week now and it sometimes makes my left shoulder, shoulder blad, and arm hurt. I don't think it could be a heart attack because it does not hurt to much and I am a healthy 23 year old woman. Any ideas and should I be worried?

Is it possibly a muscle strain?

It sounds like it could be muscle strain to me as well. Do you work out or have you been lifting anything recently?

Most muscle strain should go away in a few days. If it doesn't I would consult your doctor.
