Eye Rolling in 11 Year Old

My 11 year old son started rolling his eyes constantly yesterday. In a matter of minutes he may roll his eyes 5-6 times. Could this be a medical condition that needs attention?

This could be anything from totally benign allergy. You can go to the pharmacy to have a purchase some pediatric allergy medicine like benadryl.
