You might have some thing else , go to the doctor , ive heard of people coming close to death with this , food poison , is a real bad thing to deal with , and its according to the strain , how it works , so go to the doctor now , and be safe

You do have food poisoning. I would consider seeing a Dr. so they can take a sample. I had the same deal.
