Having pain on left side of my back mid section wat could it be?

I had a c-section 3 weeks ago, and my left side is still tender but seems to be progressing a long pretty well - but my right side I still have pain, some cramping and is noticeably worse - is this normal?

Lower back pain, can't stand up straight. Some positions the pain is minor, with movement shooting pain, mostly lower left back kidney area.

It started yesterday and the pain is moderate. it has not worse or better with pain reliever
