It can be many thing from pancreatic cancer to a muscle/nerve stuck. You better checking with a doctor as it can be very serious.

Heavy feeling in right side of abdomen
When I am sleep at night and I turn from my right side to my left, I get a very heavy mild pain in the right side of my stomach. IIt feels like something big and bloated is shifting in my body. The pain is from my rib cage all the way down and seems like it covers most of the right side. It has been probably over the last 8-9 months. No other symptoms are present and it usually occurs at night when I am sleep.
