Hi, Blisters on the soles of the feet are a serious proposition. If they are small and few in number you can use a product from the pharmacy for burns. This will relieve the pain until they heal. Talk directly to a Pharmacist for the best product.
Do not pop the blisters. Let them absorb naturally. If they are medium to larger sized or there is more then just a couple go to the Doctor. They have special ointment for burns.
Monitor the burns for any signs of infection such as colored drainage, increased redness, fever, increased warmth or increased pain. See a Doctor immediately if you suspect an infection.
Keep clean white cotton socks on over clean bandages. Change bandages and socks daily until areas have reabsorbed. Stay off your feet if at all possible. Take Tylenol or ibuprofen for any pain or discomfort.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
