I am constipated and have not had a bowel movement in four days.

I just had some activia yogert and it seems to have given me an upset stomach. What do I do?

Regular natural yoghurt is fine with me, it's also cheaper.

Constipated ? You need some help with this and since you haven't had a movement in 4 days then you need to go to a doctor for help with this and you may have an impaction and need more then stool softeners but if you dont want to go to a doctor there are fleets enema this is the name of this treatment that you can get at the drug stores that will help you get rid of this impaction and also the doctors will have some other medications or treatments that can help .
