I feel more dehydrated since drinking bottled water... Why? How?
I felt okay maybe thirsty. So I bought some bottled water. Now after drinking about half the 24 case, I feel really dehydrated. Headache, extremely thirsty, yellower urine and less energy. Has anyone else had this problem? What could be in my water that makes me feel this way? Does all bottled water have the same water or ingredients in it? Any input would be helpful. Thank you
