I have been having pain in my right side, no gall bladder, no appendix, two days ago i started having stool the size of a pencil,

Is there anything wrong, or are the two connected ?

I think your intestines are backed up, your body is not digesting food very well and is causing internal pains. Try drinking bran or psyllium husks mixed with juice to get things moving, also try drinking tea and lots of liquids (soups as well). You need to be gentle on your digestive system until things return to normal.
