My 4yr old daughter is sick again...should I take her to the DR

She was sick 10/12-10/20 with congestion, runny nose, fever, and a really bad mucas filled cough. She went to the Dr on 10/26 and was well enough to receive her flu shot and her H1N1 shot. She had no problems until last night, 10/28, at 9pm she developed a plugged nosed and a low fever of 100.1
The fever has lasted all night and all morning. It is still low at 100.1, but it is odd for her to have a fever that didn't break on its own overnight. Is this from the shot? Should I be worried? Should I take her to Dr? I also noticed that she has a rash along the inner side of her thighs, close to her private area. Other than fever she is not complaining of anything else. However, at her Dr.'s appointment on 10/26 the pediatrician forgot to check her ears. Could she have an ear infection? I've asked her if her ears hurt, she says no...help please!

4yr old daughter is sick ? Yes please take her back to the doctor and sounds like she has some kind of reaction from the places on the inner thighs and also fever and i would want to make sure that she gets the best of care because this dont sound right so when in doubt always take them back because children dont complain when being really sick and can not tell you every thing so we must get the care for them and take good care of them . and iam a firm believer in health care for any one . and children need this help from us adults so yes take her back !

Thank you for your advice... I took her back to the Dr, and she has strep throat. So it is really good that I did not wait. However, she now has what looks like cold sores in both outside corners of her mouth. Is this from the virus? Or is she allergic to her antibiotic?
