If it isn&#39;t oozing, but just getting slowly bigger it may be a clogged oil gland. It is a simple doctor&#39;s office surgical procedure (about 10 min.) to remove it. Popping it like a pimple won&#39;t work, it&#39;ll just keep getting clogged. The sac that surrounds the &quot;paste&quot; inside must be completely extracted.
