Please help...Having Lower Abdominal Pain since using Treadmill

I started using my new treadmill back in March. I would do a 30 minute fast walk (1.5 miles) three times a week. I was really feeling good until I began to notice some lower left abdominal pain the latter part of May. The pain is a couple inches from my left hip bone. It has not moved from that spot. Since the hurting (more like a throbbing pain that comes and goes) was very annoying, I decided to stop using my treadmill until the pain stopped. Over time, from May to August, it has improved and only hurt on and off (not everyday). Over the past couple of weeks I noticed the pain was not coming back so I did some stretching and kicking the other night for only 10 minutes and the pain has come back. The pain is not like before, its milder, but whenever I try to workout (my legs/lower body) the pain comes back to that same location. Does anyone know what this could be? I've also noticed that if I feel a little bloated, it will hurt some in that same spot.
