A gastroenterologist, or GI doctor, specializes in the study of the anatomy, physiology, diseases and treatment of the digestive organs. This includes the stomach, intestines, esophagus, liver, gallbladder, colon, pancreas and any other related structures.

I see a gastroenterologist because I have gastroesohageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers and diverticulosis. My GI doctor has removed my gallbladder and performed endoscopies and colonoscopies.Thankfully, the last procedure only needs to be performed every five years.

Thank you for the award. Did you know you could have copy/pasted the website and you wouldn't have had to worry about spelling and punctuation? Just highlight then press Ctrl C to copy. Go to the place you want to paste at and press Ctrl V. It transfers whatever you copied.

I didn't know anything about your history or your knowledge. Yes, you can copy/paste things like a website address or a word, even. Like I might copy/paste a name/word that is difficult to spell but I need for an answer. Your answer can't be a copy/paste. It must be original content.
