OK the fasting blood suage level for your age . would be from 90 to 110 . and a little lower if you can. but this will be an ideal at 100 MDL and then after eating a little higher.

As we get older our blood glucose level increases due to decreased insulin secretion and insulin sensitivity. However those aged 65 should aim for the same normal ranges as those younger than them. A fasting blood glucose level of 70-99 mg/dl is normal in 65 year olds, whereas a random blood glucose level of 70-145mg/dl after food is also normal.
