This most likely a swollen Lymph Gland..Without benefit of knowing your Medical History, I can only make an assumptive diagnosis...Have you been sick recently? Do you have anyother symptoms? This needs to be evaluated by your Physician..This could be indigative of a Viral or Bacterial Infection...A Swollen Lymph Gland is a symptom of the body trying to fight off something..So, my advise to you is to get this checked out...I hope this has been helpful..Good Luck to you and God Bless..Please keep us posted....

Theres nothing to worry about my friend its not cancerous at all but you should get it seen by a doctor because it could be an infectios sist that just needs to be rid of
