Why do my legs feel very heavy?

When I walk my legs become leaden, and sometimes my feet and ankles are edematous.

You might have some type of edema in them what that acually is your retaining to much fluid in your legs and ankles and feet to get rid of the extra fluid they give you lasix thats a pill to take off the extra fluid in your system it can also include bad circulation

Have your blood pressure and cholesterol levels checked. There may be a circulation problem caused by blood flow.

You should strech your legs and excersice more often if you could i suggest that you should probably see what kind of bed you have some might be hard or squishy
