Gout Attack

I am experiencing a sudden gout attack in my left foot. I am unable to get into my Dr. until Monday. Is there any non-prescription medicine I can take to ease the pain. It has been about 6 years since last attack.

Drink pure cherry juice. It works to lower uric acid crystals. It's also good to drink lots of water, no purines.
