OK this is a very good reading and you should not worry about this number right now , but always keep check on this and by losing a lb or walking a little more can help keep this down but you are good to go!

This reading is well within reason. Is there a history of Diabetes in your immediate family? A good food regime and don't allow yourself to become sedentary will help to create a healthy life style for you and if there is a Hx of Diabetes in your family, annual testing will help to alleviate your fears..Free Diabetes testing is done in most Cities at local clinics and even in hospitals and health departments.....

I would not worry about this glucose reading. Chances are the reading was taken after you had eaten. The normal glucose range after eating is 70-145 mg/dl. In order to lower your blood glucose reading naturally you can exercise, get a good night's sleep, avoid sugary drinks and foods high in sugar, and take soem time to relax and unwind.
