Most of the over-the-counter Pregnancy Test are very accurate...Once an individual learns that they are pregnant , they should see their OB-GYN as soon as possible to begin Prenatal Care. Your physician may want to perform a Serum test to be sure, however ,the Physical exam should varify pregnancy....Good Luck to you and God Bless

I am not an Attorney , however, Medically speaking I would say NO...This would probably be considered the same thing as "Hear Say"...Unless you have a physician who confirms your findings, I feel that this would be inadmisable in a Court of Law... The problem that you are going to see is that the Judge is not going to know if this was your specimen or that of someone elses....And , if this is to determine Paternity, then absolutely not.....Good Luck to you and God Bless

OK according to reports one out of four home over the counter tests are bad. and this is because the person that uses them read them wrong. and they can not wait the full term in minutes that the tests require. and the testing tools are also bad . and in no way would a court of law consider using this in a court , because of the law of chain of command and that means that a police or state trooper or other gov servant has to carry the item .and this makes sure it is clean. and non touched by any one else. and this doesn't prove any thing .

I know of NO actual Paternity Test that can be purchased OTC. But, even if there were, it would still not be admissable in a Court of Law.....Paternity testing must be done in a specific manner to satisfy the Courts...They are usually sent off to a Lab for analysis...I am sorry that I can not give you the answer that you seek, however, this is the most accurate information that I have..Good Luck...

If this is important just for self information, not for legal purposes & the store will give you guarantee on accuracy which could be compared of an official source because if info is needed for court you would need to repeat with a court ordered test anyway, (and if the price is not a problem) then why not. The test is somewhere around $29, and the lab used by the pharmacy $149. www.dnatesting.com/dna-paternity-testing/store-paternity-test.php
