How can i get my feet from Swelling Feet.

Swelling Feet ? This is indications of fluid in the legs and feet and you need to take some water or fluid pills that you get from the doctors office and need to be tested for this and also keep the feet propped up on a pillow when setting and also make This higher then the head if possible to help the feet reduce the swelling in the feet and fluids like this can also be from congestive heart failure also and all this needs to be checked by the doctor to get you in better health .

I am a 55 year old black women, who is morbidly obese. I have gout and hypertension and was experiencing extreme swelling in my lower extremities. I eliminated all processed meats with nitrates ( hot dogs, sausages, bologna, etc) committed to eating one bowl of raisin bran cereal each morning, before eating anything else, increased my water consumption ( for me, even 16 ounces a day was an increase). Beyond that, I did not restrict my diet in in any other way. Within 24 hours I noticed an increase in my urination, and now 5 days later, the swelling in my feet has subsided more than 50%. My problem now is that my feet and ankles are starting to look like a Sharpei pup! lol
