A chest cold isn't anything specific, just chest sore, coughing etc.
Bronchitis is alot worse, it is an infection and flair up of the lungs. I believe it is viral too. You cough up green stuff, and feel like s***. Bed rest and medication is the best cure for it.
I used to get it every winter in college, i was out of commission for a whole week each time. not fun
