How does the fasting about 20 hours before my blood test effect my fasting blood sugar level?

I normally fast from lunch till breakfast the following day so when I am scheduled for my blood test there is usually 20 hrs of fasting rather than the normal 8. How does this, extended fast, effect my fasting blood sugar level
