I have the same problems and mine was just blood pressure. I do not have high blood pressure, just BP that doesn't regulate properly.
Have your doctor take your BP laying down, then sitting up, then standing up. If that shows as something wrong, he/she may send you to the heart doctor. It's just to make sure everything is ok.
They checked everything on me and came to the conclusion that my BP is not regulating properly. I started on a very low dosage of BP medication and that made me all better! I do not sleep all day long (or tired all day), and the heaviness in my chest goes away with the medication. I do still have the numbness. I have started exercising regularly and that seems to help it a lot.
I hope this is a help. Keep asking the doctors to check you for everything. It took me years before they figured out my problem. Now at 40, I'm finally feeling a bit better. (and I had this problem since I was a teenager)! :)
