Numbness in the tips of my fingers.? Is caused mainly by diabetic neurophy and with high blood sugar this can cause all kinds of problems where you lose the feeling in the outer extremities like the fingers and toes and other outer limbs and then it could be carpal tunnel, were the tunnel in the wrist has pressures from the muscles that press down on the nerves in the wrist and cause a numb feeling in the hands and fingers.
