I cant even walk, what do I do about my toe?

My pinky toe formed a callus that came off today and with it some of the nail. it has made my toe very raw leaving only the thinest layer of skin which is irritated by the air and by the rush of blood to the toe. The remainder of the nail is loose and very soft. My tow if pulsating because of the blood rushing too it and it just keeps getting worse over the hour. I cant walk on it now.

You might want to go to the doctor and let him put some meds on this and get you a med for infection because this is setting up to be one and you need some thing to cover this toe with also and it needs to be medicated and take care of this!
