Was anyone present when you passed out? Could you have had a seizure? There are types of TIA's, or "mini strokes" that will not present on an MRI, as well there are types of seizures that will not present on an EEG. Are you having headaches, dizzy spells, trouble concentrating, anything else unusal? Perhaps you should talk to your doctor about a referal to a Neurologist. They may be able to help you sort this out.
