I have moderately sever abdominal pain for the last 24 hours.

I had my appendix removed 30 years ago. IT feels Like I am passing a bag of tacks. I cannot sit because of the pain.

Where is the pain? You may have an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, or ectopic pregnancy. The signs and symptoms that signal the need for immediate medical attention include, sudden, severe abdominal or pelvic pain, and pain accompanied by fever or vomiting, if you have any of these, please go to the ER or emergency clinic. You gave a little more info here, and this does sound like a possible ovarian cyst.
