This could be a group of hair folicles that have become infected. Then again, this could be a form of Contact Dermatitis..Without benefit of being able to visualize the area, it makes it difficult to give you a definative answer...Only assumptive....The only safe advise that I can give you is to have this evaluated by your physician...You may try over the counter Hydrocortizone Cream...However, if this does not resolve, I would seek the advise of your physician who can actually look at the area and make a more definate diagnosis...Good Luck to you and God Bless.
