OK there are ways to get help and there are all kinds of free clinics and social services that will help you if you just call them and talk to them and ask , and you have some major issues going on , and the back and leg sounds like you have some lower back problems relating to disc out of line and ruptures of discs in the back with maybe compression of discs, now the lumps under the breast this needs to be seen to and a mammogram needs to be done also , and the hand is maybe carpel tunnel and maybe blood flow problems also , so get on thses people and let them know you need help!

I'm always in pain and I'm poor.
For two and a half years my lower back hurts and my left leg. My left hand is numb. Has been for about 6 months. I had my female stuff removed a year ago. And I found some lumps under my breast. I cant aford togo see a doctor at all what do I do? whats wrong with me? Please help! If I have to pay anything to get answers then for get it I'm poor and have no money.

Try going to a free clinc. They offer free breast exams
