I might have bone cancer but what does it mean that I have no suspicious lesions

I recently had some blood work done and my primary doctor said I had bone cancer. I had a total body x-ray done and the results came back no suspicious lesions found. What does this mean?

I belive it means that you can not see the cancer on the xray but that dose not mean it is'nt there.

Talk to your doctor about getting an FDG-PET Scan, it is much better at picking up bone metastases and bone marrow lesions, wich are indicators of bone cancer.
