I need advice about a skin condition

I am having peeling, cracking skin on the bottom of my left foot,
left hand near the base of the thumb and top of pinky finger on left hand. My big toe of left foot is yellowed and crumbling like and the left pinky finger as well. I have tried using podiatrist foot salve for the foot and vaseline for the pinky but nothing helps. What is causing this....do I need to see a Dr. for tests?

Most likely you have a fungal infection. You should see a dermatologist or primary care doctor since it involves more that just your foot. You may need to take oral anti-fungals. There are some topical anti-fungals that may prove effective such as Miconazole. You should see a doctor an accurate diagnosis. If you are diabetic you really need to get this checked out since you are more susceptible to other problems due to poor circulation. Good luck. Susu
