I've had dull pain in right side

I've had a dull pain in my lower right side and lower right back.No pain on left side.My bower movment is less than normal.What might be wrong?

Dull pain in lower right side and lower right back? These symptoms could be due to constipation, kidney infection or possibly appendicitis. if you haven't had a bowel movement in a few days and your appetite is good then this could be constipation. if the pain runs down your lower back to your leg this could be a kidney stone or kidney infection. sometimes rebound pain around you navel for example {mash on you stomach around you navel , if the pain is greater when you let go, } this is a sign of appendicitis. if this pain continues, see your doctor or go to the emergency room.
