I was told i need cataract surgery and the doctor will put in lenses my insurance will pay the surgery for cataracts but not the lenses do i have to

I have to have cataract surgery and the doctor said he wil do it and put in lenses my insurance wont pay for the lenses can i just have the cataqracts removed and get eyeglasswes?

You must be talking about the multifocal implants. In cataract surgery an ultrasonic probe is inserted which breaks up or emulsifies the cloudy lens particles aspirating them out. You could just opt for the surgery without the lense implant, but why would you want to. With the innovation of the lenses you will see much better.
