If delayed puberty was clearly evident can testosterone thereapy restart puberty for a 21 year old guy if diagnosed with a micro prolactin tumor?

The question is regarding my personal diagnosis as well as an endocrinologist diagnosis...
Detail #1 - Lab work has provided me that I have " adequate low testosterone levels"
Detail # 2 - My so called specialist doesnt listen to a word I say
Detail # 3 - I have taken a MRI and no visible tumor was evident
Detail # 4- Lots of lab work was done and I was under the understadning that I had or still have a very high level of PROLACTIN and was told its a prolactima tumor
Detail # 5- Fact is extreme determination and rejection has made me into a hardworker so my physique is legit and i work at a gym as a trainer so the doctor on the first day stereotyped my true inner emotions...
Detail # 6- I was prescribed CABERGOLINE .5 a week at first then i got off of it because i didnt really notice any SEXUAL change other then the amount of sperm from ejaculation...
Detail # 7- I was under the impression that i was suppose to go back and take more expensive blood test to see if the cabergoline suppressed the prolactin which in turn was suppose to UNLEASE all my other important hormones...
