As long as the CEO is not participating in direct patient care, then they can wear whatever shoes that they want, even flip flops. Hope this helps, Susu

Again, per OSHA, if they are not directly involved in patient care, then it is okay. However, if the clinic has it's own guidelines that would be another story. Susu
