Is it possible to get pregnant when your tubes have been tied?

There is about a 1 chance in 500,000 of you becomming pregnant after having a Tubal performed. There has been some extreme rare cases of Women conceiving after having a Tubal and I believe they experienced normal pregnancy symptoms or abdominal pain. You will need to see your doctor for a blood test to be certain if you have conceived or not.

But there is no chance of conception UNLESS the Tubal failed.

Give it another couple days up to a week, then take a pregnancy test to just be sure.

Then if it is positive, maybe go see your doctor. if it is negative, then go see your doctor anyways.

It is possible but very slim chance. If in 3 days you still haven't recieved your period take a home pregnancy test. Also depending on your age this could be one of the first signs that metapause is coming soon. If after a week and still no period try another test or consult with your doctor.
