Is there a need for an emergency visit
I cannot get a DR appt until next week. Headache for at least 1 week moderate to severe, constant high pitched tone, occasional lightheadedness, blood pressure unusually high I normally have a good BP range but in the last week it has been from a high number range from 166 to 139 with a low number range from 97 to 110. Examples: 147/110, 139/97, 166/100, 158/106. My husband has a BP cuff with which I have taken these readings. I am not on any prescription medication but have taken over the counter meds which help but do not remove headache.
