Is there a website where i can look at pictures of different skin sores?

I have started breaking out on certain areas of my body. These sores all look the same and they look like a boil with pus in them. I'm not so sure that it is a boil....but they itch and are painful. I have several of these bumps right below my stomach and above my vagina area (pelvic area) There are two sores on my left knee and I have one on my buttock. Also I have what feels and looks like a pimple on my vagina. Anyway another concern I have is that my rectum and all the way up and down inbetween my buttocks looks like a red line that itches also. What could this possible be? I am married and have been with my husband for 14yrs. I know he has not been unfaithful. i'M REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THIS...CAN YOU HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT THIS COULD BE?
