Itching
My wife has developed severe itching, it started out on her hands and feet and how has spread to all over her body. There is no rash or other indications of a reaction. We have not changed any detergents or soaps and eat the same foods. She says the itching feels like bites but there are no marks. We have tried lotions for itching like gold bond and she take a anti histimine, this does seem to help much. Could she have developed a food alergy? She feels like this is coming from inside not a outward reaction.

Do you have any pets? People sometimes can become allergic to their pets (ie... birds, cats , dogs, etc...) Does she take any other medicines ? Sometimes antihistimines and other prescribed meds can cause reactions like itching, red splotches, etc.....goggle her meds+reactions and see what you can find.

The itching red raised places have continued for several days. I am using anti-itch cream but the severe itching comes back. Is there something else I can do ? Heat ? Cold ? anoher cream ?
From my left arm across the nape of my neck and down to the other arm have severe itching. it feels like it is under the skin. the only relief i can find is to put ice packs on the area.
