Just found out I have a latex allergy

I recently had my appendix removed and informed my Dr. I thought I had latex allergy(mostly from condoms). He ordered a blood test and it came back that I am highly allergic to latex.
I have never had any other symptoms than the condom incident(I had redness and swelling). Should I be concerned? What do you recommend?

They should have latex free condoms , there is sheep skin , and other products for you to use, just use latex free gloves , and stay away from latex, and no i wouldnt worry about it
