Laparoscopic surgery

I had laparascopic surgery to remove my fallopian tubes, ovaries, and fibroids. I had the surgery on 2/19. I have been noticing a greenish vaginal discharge. Could this be an infection and should I contact the gynecological oncologist that did the surgery or my regular gynecologist.
I have a BRCA 1 mutation and several doctors have recommended prophylactic mastectomy of both breasts. Any thoughts? I have an appointment with a breast specialist next month.
