Last hope for diet pill

I came across a prescription pill that was considered an alternative to a lap band surgery. This was months ago. I was watching a video on the internet about the lap band surgery and it had suggestions to try with your doctor first. Well I am starting the process of the lap band surgery but first I want to know the name of that pill to tell my primary care doctor before the diet doctor goes and puts a rubber band around my belly. The pill is suppose to shrink your stomach and make you feel full. The closest my primary care doctor has come to figuring out this medicine that is fda approved is phentermine and sibutramine and both have made me feel very anxious and horrible. I have anxiety problems and take medicine for this and the diet pills that I have taken make me have to take more Xanax. I just want a medicine that will make me feel like I have had the lap band without having to go through the surgery. Any suggestions.
