You could have Pleurisy.
It happens when the pleura membrane that surrounds the outside of your lungs gets inflamed. It generally causes sharp pain during breathing and one or both sides can be inflamed.
It's two thin layers that slide against each other like satin when you breath with no friction, but when it's inflamed, they rub against each other causing pain.
This usually comes with a dry cough and chills... do you have any of these?
If the cause if bacterial you will get antibiotics, but you should defiantly see your doctor.
