OK have you been checked for the ribs in the lower part, and some times they get a irritation and it will feel like this and hurt even the lower back and the breathing, and you need to have a doctor x ray this!

Left lower back pain
My back hurts on the left lower side only during breathing in and certain movements. Im not sure if this is muscular or other. Please give me adivce. i dont recall doing anything that would cause this pain. i have no urinary symptoms nor do i have any blood in my stool.
